Again, our specialization and focus mean that our candidate assessments are on the point. Our partners spend about 1.5-2.0 hours with each candidate before tabling the chosen ones.

Since we are in close touch with the candidates inside and outside of the process, we can guide you effectively on who would work and with each candidate, what would work, translating into a smooth, frictionless process.

Our work does not stop with our CEO or CFO joining – we continue to be engaged with both the client and the candidate until the first formal performance appraisal, ironing out wrinkles, connecting the candidate to industry peers for advice, or providing an effective bridge.

In addition to fine-tuning the processes, we have tweaked the commercial model too, to ensure that all of us – the client, the candidate and we as an executive search partner – achieve a win-win-win outcome.
