Mandate Outline

Client is a very well recognized, iconic 2-wheeler brand, that has come back from a brand-and volume-decline, to recapture the imagination of a whole generation of bikers, and in the process, becoming a poster-boy for a turnaround success. To drive the next phase of transformation and globalization, the client had recently hired a new CEO, an industry veteran.

The CFO was expected to work alongside the new CEO to drive the transformation and bring a high-degree of business partnering, analytical thinking, internal and external stakeholder engagement skills, along with an ability to work independently in a collaborative manner. Given the task at hand, the ask was for an arrived and dynamic CFO, preferably in the early 40s.
