Covid has caught all firms – big and small – unprepared. And, nobody could have prepared for an event like this. That doesn’t mean nobody can deal with it. It is clear that the impact will last at least a few quarters and that firms are in for tough times. Quite a few will witness survival threat but a smart few will see an opportunity in all this, to re-arrange the industry league tables.
