When you participate in our research which we conduct from time to time, you may additionally share information about past performances and your perspectives on issues under discussion.

As a candidate, you may share with us your CV or resume or biography, your career trajectory and key achievements, business context in which you operated, your compensation, your expectations and family details. When you participate in our research which we conduct from time to time, you may additionally share information about past performance, and, your observations and insights on the issue under discussion.

We use the above information primarily in the delivery of the service for which we have been engaged. In addition, we also use the information or insights from the various conversations to drive our research and in general, continuously improve our services.

Here are the types of information we gather:

Information you give us: You may share with us, through emails, calls and interactions, information about yourself including email, mobile numbers and such other personal identification details. This may also include details about your business, your needs, achievements and other contextual information. Information could include both written and oral content.

Automatic Information: We receive and store certain types of information whenever you interact with us. For example, like many websites, we use “cookies” and we may obtain certain types of information when your web browser accesses our advertisements in various platforms. This may include information about your location and your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device, in addition to information (e.g., email, mobile) that you share with us. How we share the above information with others

Mandate Delivery: Information shared by clients in the course of the delivery of the mandate (e.g., JD, company briefing, role challenges, plans etc) are shared with candidates whom we approach for the mandate or potential mandate. Similarly, information provided by candidates (e.g., achievements in roles, impact created, current compensation etc), along with our notes, impressions and research output are shared with the client(s). By engaging our services, you agree that such information can be shared with candidates/clients. Unless you specifically and clearly state that a piece of information is not to be shared, you agree that all information provided by you is shareable with the other party.

Outside of Mandates: Outside of the above exchange during delivery, any and all information in their individually identifiable form are not shared with anyone else. When used at all, information is always used at an aggregate or as an insight, so that the confidentiality and individuality of the information is protected completely – our approach is to ensure that no personally identifiable information is shared with anyone else.

When demanded by law: we may be required to share above information with government authorities and agencies for the purposes of verification of identity or for prevention, detection, investigation including cyber incidents, prosecution and punishment of offences. You agree and provide consent to RB to disclose your information, if so required under the applicable law.

Business Transfers: As we continue to develop and grow our business, we might sell or buy subsidiaries or create new business units. In such transactions, customer information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains broadly subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy.

With your consent: Other than as set out above, you will receive notice when information about you might go to third parties and you will have an opportunity to choose not to share the information.
