Mandate Outline
Client is a global leader in a few of the molecules and has a fast growing presence in other therapy areas, on the back of the investments in product pipeline. The firm has a solid presence in the US market and is looking to recreate the US success in other regulated markets outside of US – including Europe, Latam, APAC and other markets. The CMO will lead a sizeable P&L in these markets and will be a Top 5 member within the organization.
The CMO is expected to work with the promoter and the professional CEO and a pharma industry veteran, to drive the growth of the sizeable Non-US P&L and deliver a ~2x growth of top-line and ~2.5-3x growth of EBIT from the covered regions including Europe, Latam and APAC. In delivering this growth, the CMO will lead the entire portfolio across Formulations and API, and will lead a fairly large team.
