Over the last ~15 years, client has worked hard to create the automobile solutions space through both organic and inorganic plays, and has created a profitable model through several iterations. In the process, the firm has been able to onboard marquee PE investors too.

The CFO was expected to work alongside the professional CEO and the family member, to make the operations even more profitable and solid, and walk it past the IPO stage.
