Mandate Outline

Client is one of the largest tractor manufacturers in the world and has a strong position in the Indian domestic market. As part of its next phase of growth, the client is looking to step up on International presence and was looking for a CFO who can enable this transformation from a domestic major to a large international player, through both organic and inorganic plays.

The CFO was expected to work alongside the promoters and the professional CEO, who was leading this transformation/ The CFO was expected to be a thought partner and lead the execution of the strategy along with the CEO. The client preferred the CFO to be in the 45-50y age band and come from consumer centric, highly ethical companies.
