The firm has manufacturing locations in India and North America. The business has steadily grown over the years and is today a profitable operation with attractive EBIT.

The client desired to hire a CFO who can work with the professional CEO to drive improved business performance, be it in terms of capacity utilization, product mix, pricing, sales team productivity, procurement or overall cost management. The client desired the CFO to come from industries with thin margins (e.g., auto components) with a sharp business mindset and the ability to gel well with different cultures, given the global nature of the operations.
