Client is an MNC and leader in the construction chemicals space, with a growing presence in the Indian market. The firm had just hired a new CEO and wanted to hire a CFO who can partner with the CEO and the global office, to deliver on the promise that the Indian market had. The mandate was awarded and managed by the global HR and business team responsible for the Indian market.

The client desired to hire a younger CFO who had a mix of B2C and B2B businesses in the Indian context, with some years in a MNC set-up. As the global office was keenly invested in the Indian operations, the CFO had to be analytical, good at communications and stake-holder management.
