Client is a leader in the foods and meats space, with a dominant market share and brand recognition in the Southern states. Helmed by the first-gen promoter, the firm has grown aggressively in a notoriously thin-margin industry and enjoys good market standing. While the firm has done well, it is embarking on an EBIDTA transformation to double the margins over the next 3-4 years.

Working closely with the Promoter-CEO, the CFO is expected to provide a strong business voice in the EBIDTA transformation journey. The promoter is pretty hands-on and the CFO is expected to match the CEO in terms of attention to detail, ability to work with the legacy team and yet drive the underlying profitability.
