Our client, a listed and prominent pharmaceutical company with a market capitalization of 4,000c, was seeking a Global Head of Delivery Service Management. This role required overseeing Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and facilitating coordination between various departments. The ideal candidate needed to have a strong background in S&OP specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.

To meet this requirement, we focused exclusively on profiles from the pharmaceutical sector, targeting professionals in supply chain management and head of delivery roles. These candidates needed to demonstrate the potential to easily transition into future leadership positions. After an exhaustive search, we created a comprehensive list of over 150 candidates. From this pool, we selected and shared the top 9 candidates with the client, ensuring they met the stringent criteria and possessed the expertise necessary for the role.
