Module ONE:
Step into your essence: Allows you to develop strong presence and presentation on what you bring to the table
Deep leadership, technical, and impact assessment to work with you and understand what it is that you have delivered in your business ,speak to you and your peers, your promoter or your manager as well as your team members to objectively find where others have seen you being very successful. we will then together, arrive and be totally grounded in terms of what you bring to the table. Just stepping into your essence and what you bring will take up your presence, purpose and leadership, notches ahead….
Module TWO:
Develop clear goals : Supports you to develop a clear end goal of what you would like to do 5 years , 10 years down the line, what do you want to retire as. And from that clarity create milestones in terms of how you would like to design your career here on
We will hold the space for you to open out and start developing clarity, in terms of what you want to do five years down the line, ten years down the line, getting a picture of how you want to retire and what you want to do post retirement. We will mentor and put up several options based on our conversations and study to arrive at your unique plan and picture of where you want to be.
Module THREE:
Execute the plan technically: Broadening your network to co- create conversations and outreach to the right set of people and companies
This module will help you execute the transition outside if that’s what you have decided. Here we will bring you not only our own mandates, but also reach out to the who’s who of the executive search world in India. We will help you evaluate opportunities, prepare and guide you with complete transparency on any conflict of interest.
