The client is a well-diversified conglomerate with a presence across multiple sectors and with revenues from India, MENA, and US/Mexico markets. A 60-year-old Group, the client runs a large treasury operation with a dedicated team representing all the entities within the group and engaging with bankers and other financial intermediaries in India and outside. As a part of its next phase of growth, the group was looking to bring on board a senior leader and treasury expert, who can help optimize the current treasury operations as well as open new avenues.

The new treasury leader was expected to come in with strong credibility amongst bankers in India and outside and be able to shape the group’s profile amongst the financial community.
