We started in 2004 as a boutique firm working mostly with retailers. By 2008 we were working with nearly every national retailer in the country. Over the next few years clients pulled us into automotive, industrials, pharma, life sciences and manufacturing.

Recently we closed two CFO searches in Chennai, one for a listed small finance bank and one for a general insurer. We've also worked with one of the top business houses in Oman, and found a CFO for a global chemicals business soon after an Indian conglomerate acquired it from their German parent company. We are currently running a mandate for a Global FC for a leading telecom company in Africa.

Then we map the market and approach people directly. Most of them aren't looking for a job. Before anyone reaches your shortlist, we've assessed them in depth and checked their references. Most searches take 8 to 14 weeks. Every search is confidential, and we stay involved after the new leader joins. Not at all. Mumbai is home, but our searches run across the length and breadth of India and beyond. Recent mandates have taken us to Chennai, NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Pune, Mumbai, Ahmedabad and Kolkata within India, and to Oman, Dubai and Africa outside India.
We are a pure retained search firm. We only take on search mandates for CEOs and CFOs, and the few roles that sit right next to them: MDs, Deputy MDs, BU heads, Group CFOs, and finance leaders like a Head of M&A. By choice, we don't take on the rest of the C-suite, such as CHRO, Chief Legal Officer or GC, Chief of Manufacturing or CPO.
