This Refund & Return Policy applies to purchases made through Resource Bridge (the “Service”). Resource Bridge provides digital content, reports, templates, subscriptions, and occasionally physical merchandise. This policy explains when refunds or returns are available and how to request them.

1. What this covers

This policy covers:

  • Digital products (reports, templates, downloadable files).
  • Subscriptions and membership access.
  • One-off services (bespoke content).
  • Physical goods sold through the site (if any).

2. Digital products

  • Immediate downloads / instant access: All sales of instantly downloadable materials (reports, templates, recorded webinars) are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or in cases of defective delivery (e.g., corrupted file, missing file).
  • Defective or inaccessible files: If you cannot access a file or it is corrupted, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a corrected file or issue a refund if we cannot resolve the problem within a reasonable time.

3. Subscriptions & memberships

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Cancelling prevents future billing but does not automatically refund periods already paid for. We may issue partial refunds at our discretion for exceptional cases.
  • Annual subscriptions: Eligible for a pro-rated refund within 14 days of initial purchase if you haven’t used more than 20% of the annual service benefits. After 14 days, refunds are granted only at our discretion.
  • Free trials: We charge at the end of the free trial period unless you cancel prior to the trial end. If charged in error during a free trial, contact us within 7 days.

4. Physical goods (if applicable)

  • Returns accepted: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging.
  • Return shipping: Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • Refund timing: Refunds processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item; refund appears in your account depending on your bank/card provider.

  2. We’ll acknowledge within 2 business days and tell you next steps.
  3. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

6. Partial refunds & credits

We may offer partial refunds, credits, or account adjustments at our discretion for extenuating circumstances.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Changes apply to purchases made after the updated effective date.
