The client is a leading player in the chemicals industry and one of the key players in the silicones segment. The ask was to hire a President & CEO for the silicones business, with the remit to grow the business while protecting and growing the bottom line. Specifically, the CEO needed to have experience in both commodity and specialty chemicals.

From our vast work in the chemicals for the same group, we had mapped various parts of the chemicals industry, including silicones and thus we were able to quickly zero in on potential candidates, with experience in both sides of the aisle – commodity and specialty chemicals.
