With the paper industry going through sea change, the firm is moving from commodity to specialty, with a parallel move to diversify. Already a cost and market leader, the firm has invested in creating additional capacity to cater to the growing demand. The need is to sweat the assets to extract the maximum value from the investments while deploying the cash flows into futuristic, allied businesses to drive the continued growth.

In the above transformation journey, the Group CFO is expected to be a strong foil to the Group CEO, to sustain and accelerate the pace of specialization and diversification.
