Our client is one of the fastest growing players in the new energy space, with a presence that is felt across the new energy value chain, from EPC to IPP.

The client had grown very fast in the last few years and desired to grow further by tapping the emerging opportunities aggressively. The Group CFO was thus to work with the Promoters and the Business CEOs to grow the business through organic and inorganic plays, raise the funds and put in place strong guard rails in terms of SOPs, controls and internal capabilities. The firm has a very enabling culture in the form of freedom to operate, high accountability and a consultative way of working together at the CXO level, and thus the ask was to find someone who reflects these values, in addition to the business asks.
