As the business prepares for its next phase of growth—expanding its product portfolio, strengthening operational excellence, and deepening its market presence—the need arose for a strategic and hands-on CFO to anchor the financial leadership.

The mandate was to bring in a finance leader with strong fundamentals, experience in managing end-to-end finance in a manufacturing setup, and the ability to drive business growth through financial strategy, governance, and operational controls. Additionally, the role required someone adept at working closely with promoters and business leaders in a collaborative, high-ownership environment.
