Client is a leader in the inner wear and lounge wear segments and is a readily recognized brand in this space. Managed by the family members, the firm distributes through a wide network across India and outside, and is a well run organization. Given the significant growth, the group desired to bring in a new CFO who can work with the promoters to drive governance and improve performance.

The client desired to bring a CFO who is business focused and is capable of operating at the same wavelength and energy levels as the promoters, with prior experience of working in a listed firm. Given the location, the client preferred someone who has roots in the location but is currently residing and working outside of Eastern India.
